The former Kriváň Hotel (formerly the Graf) was demolished except for the facade due to the derelict condition of the whole building. The facades were retained during development of a new ferro-concrete skeleton, including extensive underground garages. New facades were designed for the inner block with strip windows and sunshade blinds. The former Art Nouveau café on the ground floor was restored and converted into the entrance hall to the entire office building.
